The Santa Claus at the mall was very surprised when a young lady about twenty years old walked up and sat on his lap.
Santa doesn't usually take requests from adults, but she smiled very nicely at him, so he said, "OK, you can ask for something but it has to be for someone other than yourself. What do you want for Christmas?"
"Something for my mother," said the young lady.
"Something for your mother? Well, that's very thoughtful of you," smiled Santa. "What do you want me to bring her? "
Without blinking she replied, "A son-in-law!"
Leadership Class
“Leadership Classes” are held on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday’s of each month. The next class will be on Tuesday, Jan 12th at 7PM. Come and be a part of serving the current and future church members and visitors. Our Youth meet on the 2nd & 4th Fridays of each month. Let your child(ren) be a part of something very special and have fun doing it! The next get-together will be on Friday, January 8th at 7PM. See Clay or Tammy Vinson.
The “Get-Up” Seniors

In 2010, you must remember how much you need things in your life to change. The crucial thing is to realize how easily you are persuaded by words, especially your own.
Proverbs 18:21 says that the power of life and death is in our tongue.
What you have today is due to the way you have believed and have spoken, right up to this very day.
So, according to Proverbs 18:21, begin to change your life by changing your words.
Begin speaking LIFE, HEALTH, WHOLENESS, & PROSPERITY!
